Hi you are bidding on a used Masta 6'6" turnout rug. I used this rug approx 5 times so it is in excellent condition. It has been cleaned professionally.  All buckles, straps and binding are in excellent conition as is the rug itself, with no rips or tears. There are 3 d rings for attachment of neck cover. A very heavy turnout rug complete with detachable neck cover in good condition.  Neck cover has only been used a couple of times.  This is a deep rug with tri pleats so plenty of leg room to avoid rubbing.  There are no kick straps but rug was still waterproof in the heaviest of rain when last used early this year Due to the weight this is collection only.  cash on collection please Thanks for looking
