We are thinking of selling our 5M bell tent. It's been used about half a dozen times, and it's just too big for us. I'd like to buy a 4.5m instead. Originally made by a tiny company called Canvas and Cast, these bell tents are now owned by Podpads. All the info and images you need to see these tents is on the podpads website. Ours has both the Podpads logo and Canvas and Cast logo sewn on the side. We are selling with this the inner tent also from the same company. This product can also be seen on the Podpads website. These are the best quality bell tents you can get. The canvas is very heavy and hard wearing. All the pegs are solid chunky and unbendable, the guideropes are thick rope and all the fixings, the center pole and toggles are wooden. Please get in touch if you are interested. In used condition. It has signs of use, some mildew and a few holes that have been repaired. One of the vents has ripped but all these imperfections could be cleaned or repaired. The poles, pegs, elastics and ground sheet are in good used condition. The tent is 5m and really easy to put up. It is a Boutique Camping tent and cost £600 new. We bought it from a hire company. We have just used this tent (last week) and it is fully waterproof. The tent has no bag with it. It is a great tent and I am sad to see it go. We can show you how to put it up. If you're familiar with bell tents you'll find this quite similar, but taller. Its got a 5m base, but would be about a third taller than the equivalent sized bell tent. Loads of space, stands out from the crowd, sleeps perhaps 10. It has a bath tub design zipped in groundsheet which will keep you dry, but also allows the sides to be rolled up on a hot day. New last year, a few grubby marks a bit of mud and stains in places. Fully in tact no holes in tent or ground sheet. Made of much thicker canvas than bell tents.
