So unfortunately I am selling my home, it's a DeGroot BMC engine, water draft is 2ft6, air draft is 9ft10 and it's 30ft by 12ft in size. It was bought by me a few years ago and since owning it I have gutted and re designed the interior it had a double bedroom at the back, storage in the wheelhouse, then there is a kitchen wet room with shower and a sofa area that converts into another double bed. The boat is fully self sufficient it has 3 solar panels that run all the electrics including a new fridge bought few weeks ago. The boiler and cooker are gas powered. It really is a boat to come and view the pictures are good but it's bigger than it looks inside.
