PEUGEOT BOXER VAN ONE OFF VEHICLE AS USED IN THE FILM 'ALAN PARTRIDGE - ALPHA PAPA ' FILM IDEAL AS MOBILE OFFICE / CAMPER / EXHIBITION UNIT ETC MOT EXEMPT AS REGISTERED AS ' SPECIAL MOBILE UNIT' JVC Bluetooth radio system (phone/audio) The outside features clip-frames for changeable bespoke livery. The electrical system (32a hook up) works but has not been certificated this year. Its not a "Ladder Chassis" as some have assumed, its a "special body" and the rear wheels are wider than the front axel. The rear section is a box, constructed with a steel sub-frame. The walls and ceiling are made from a bonded foam panel material providing insulation and strength. Rear Windows are toughened glass The ceiling is 6mm Ply covered with foam and a white sound deadening material, there is about a 6 inch gap above the false ceiling. Fitted with Spotlights and Flourescent tubes (daylight colour matching) The interior is fitted out to work-surfaces using Vinyl coating and rubber edging and designed as a mobile broadcast studio, but would suit a small Bar, training area, office, kitchen or even conversion to a mobile home. There is an air-conditioning unit, which although has not been recharged in some time, works brilliantly and provides excellent cooling/warming. Space for a min-fridge beneath the counter and a rotating fixed position chair/desk with seat-belts. There are a few issues with it, namely a water leak between the cab and the rear section (the timber tunnel section which is about 1ft wide needs to be replaced with something more waterproof than plywood) and the outer step sills beneath the front doors (£50 each from Peugeot) have rust holes but this does NOT affect the structural integrity of the vehicle whatsoever, they are available as a spare part (also from Fiat as the cab is also the same as the Fiat Ducato) Recently repainted in white. Camper kitchen unit, it is black with a blue sparkle. This has come in a camper but we don't need it as we are changing the layout. The unit we believe is new but has some scratches and there is some damage on the right hand back corner of the worktop as shown in the pictures.
