Hello as part of my rescue I have a 9 month old russian dwarf hamster up for adoption, he comes with his cage which is the alaska which measures around 80x50x50 and it also has a plastic platform which isn't in the photo, an 8 inch triXie wheel which is recommended by the rspca even for a dwarf. And all toys shown on the picture He is very gentle and good with kids, he needs a family home as a family pet not a childs pet who will get bored of him. He needs interaction and taken out of his cage daily when possible. He needs a non dusty bedding either, carefresh, fitch, auboise, megazorb. And a regular sand bath as he loves digging in it. He will also come with a free kg bag of fitch and a little bag of change over food. 1 x female dwarf Russian hamster. Born in December (see picture) 1 x male dwarf Russian hamster. Born in December (see picture) 1 x female Syrian hamster. Born in January (no picture yet, colour is black) All 3 have their own cages with little hideout, wheel, water bottle, food bowl.... The male is very gentle and quite happy to be handled. The female dwarf is curious and will gladly take food from your hand but is far less willing to be picked up and will make a noise at you. Once picked up, she is ok. The female Syrian has been handled and likes it up to a certain point. She too is very curious and happy to take food from your hands. Anyone who knows anything about hamsters will know they are nocturnal so do have a tendency to be in their hideouts a lot of the day. You will also know they cannot be mixed even with their own kind, so need separate cages. They were adopted from Pets at Home. Have been fully checked for health issues and been given clean bill of health all round. Sad to see them go but can no longer house them as will be moving. They are used to a noisy home with very young children so should be fine in an environment like that, although I'm sure they'd like peace and quiet too!
