I have a nucleus of bees on five BS Hoffman frames (three frames covered with brood) for sale. The queen is and bred from my Buckfast queen. She has been marked but not clipped. The bees need to move to a hive soon as they are expanding fast. My bees are treated for varroa and I choose from low-swarming and docile stock. 6 frame honey bee nucleus 14 x 12 European Black Bees

This is an overwintered colony with a queen on six 14 x 12 frames (4" deeper than British Standard so needs a deeper brood box or a suitable eke) 4 frames of brood in all stages and two frames of stores. Comes in a Maisemore 14 x 12 nucleus box (with eke to allow for the larger frames) with a top feeder. This is a large and active colony ready for putting into a full size hive. Best for someone with some basicexperience as this colony will grow quite quickly. I overwintered more than I wanted so selling this colony to make a bit of space. Can deliver locally.
