Here what we have is a pristine Custom Shop 56 Reissue Stratocaster in two tone sunburst! This is such a classic reissue of a Strat in NOS format in very very near mint, new condition. Absolute zero fret wear, zero playing marks. Premium selected alder body with a maple neck and 9.5 inch radius and the factory provided 5 way switch has been installed and the 3 way switch is in the hard case. This ’56 has a very sought after “V” shaped neck profile that has a bit of chunk to it, great for a solid grip, David Gilmour’s favourite neck shape. It’s got only one little mark on it: at the neck pocket which is typical (I’ve seen it on many other Strats with this old-school design where you basically need to unscrew the neck for the truss rod adjustment, these have an ultra-thin nitro finish which is very sensitive) I think this is really nothing on a 13 years old Strat and hey we are talking about a 56 Fender Strat, check the relic’ed version of this how many marks does that have

Fender USA Custom Shop Deluxe Stratocaster This is without a doubt the most beautiful guitar i've ever owned. It has an aged cherry finish which shows off the select premium ash body, plus a highly figured birds-eye maple neck. It is genuinely jaw-dropping. Lovely set-up and plays brilliantly with a nice action – it sounds unbelievable and is everything you’d expect from a top of the range custom shop strat - it just doesn't get better really. Condition is excellent with the only thing to mention being a small blemish which is barely noticeable unless you are searching for it - see pic. Fender Custom Shop Custom Deluxe USA Stratocaster Made in Fender's American Custom Shop - Stunning Select Ash Body - Very nicely figured flamed maple neck (photos really don't do it justice - it's genuinely the most beautiful neck i've ever seen on a guitar) - frets and a lovely neck (called the '65 neck profile) - Neck and middle pickups are signed and dated Abigail handwound 69 pickups and the Bridge pickup is Custom Shop Texas Special - needless to say, it sounds absolutely incredible and plays like a dream. Comes with the original custom shop hardcase and all the case candy including certificate Condition is fantastic, with the only thing to note is a slight ding on the bottom side (which you don't see when playing etc) which has been touched up nicely and isn't noticable unless you are looking for it. Overall it's just a fantastic specimen from the Custom Shop - and you can really feel the love that's been poured into it by it's makers - incredible craftsmanship. Cash on collection preferred from Leicester (LE7) or potentially my workplace in Nottingham (NG2). It’s in great condition and as it came out of the factory – no mods. It features Gibson’s lovely Custombucker pickups, which I really like. The original hard case, certificate of authenticity and tags are all included. The guitar weighs about 8.5lb and sounds glorious. The neck is a comfortable 'C' shape - a little more refined than the older '59 reissues. The action is about 1.5mm on the low E and 1mm at the high E (12th fret), with no buzz at all. These two marks are shown in the last two photos and are due to handling as the guitar really is not used. Unless you are really looking for these marks, they are hardly visible. I would say the condition of the guitar is 9.7 out of 10. The guitar is light (7.8 lbs) and has a very comfortable ' C neck profile. No swaps at all, sorry. No offers, thank you.
