This lovely vintage chest of drawers is good quality and made of solid pine throughout which has been freshly upcycled/hand painted in a delicious shade of duck egg blue and then distressed to reveal some of the underlying colour and finish and highlight the pretty detail on the brass handles(which are original to the piece) the photos doesn't really give a true representation of the beauty of this colour which has richness and depth and is a little deeper in shade too(the flash has washed it out a tad) The drawers are all framed around their sides and are in a unusual configuration of four smaller ones over two bigger ones. They all run smoothly in and out. This is a charming piece of furniture and could be used in many different situations other than just in the bedroom, in a dining room or living room for display and storage,childs room or even a hallway. Measurements to follow soon, I also have a deco dressing table with mirror painted in the same colour as shown in the final two photos. We can deliver this if needed locally free of charge,or a little further afield for just our fuel cost.

A lovely writing bureau/ desk with full working drop down mechanism and 3 drawers for storage, the whole unit has been hand painted in Annie Sloan Duck Egg Blue. The drawers have been lined in a gorgeous duck egg and pink colour wallpaper with a vintage bookcase design on, the drawer handles have been replaced. The drop down mechanism is in full working order and I have managed to retain the original material on the desk which is a brown leather type looking material. I have finished off with two coats of Annie Sloan clear wax. It's an absolutely gorgeous piece and will add character to any home.
