Very pretty roan Sec B gelding, 8 yrs approx 13hh. I bought him as a companion for a 15hh mare, but I can't get her to accept him. She is grieving after losing her female friend on many years, and continually chases him away. He is the sweetest pony who loves cuddles and being groomed rather wasted as a companion. Welsh Sec B Gelding 12.5h

Leafy is a handsome and healthy 14 year old Welsh Sec B, 12.5h Gelding, who currently lives rugged, outside in paddocks with another Gelding. Leafy is barefoot. We bought Leafy recently from a local riding school, for our young daughter to ride. He is a rather nervous pony, and is sometimes head shy when you go to stroke him, though he always comes to greet you. Unfortunately this nervousness makes him a little too unpredictable for a small child to handle him safely, so he is not a 100% fit for us. He can also be a bit unpredictable around food, as he is quite adamant that all food is his! During grazing he has bucked at us on our approach. Again, not really suitable for a little girl. He can be really sweet, and we think he would make someone older and more confident, a great pony. He has a lovely walk and trot under saddle. HIs canter is lovely too, though we have only cantered him on the ground (due to inexperience). He just needs more time spent with him to grow in his confidence. He saddles and bridles without a hitch and is responsive to verbal commands on the ground and under saddle. He has gently bucked a couple of times under saddle, which probably needs some work. He picks up his feet and grooms no problem. Leafy comes with saddle and bridle and a lightweight turnout rug. Toffee is a bit of an odd one, he's done all the groundwork, gets it and is really responsive, but still refuses to be caught, once caught however he's lovely. Unless you want to try and ride him.. Reg. Sec B Gelding 13.2h 15yo

We have owned Barkway Sandstorm ('Charlie') for the last nine years. He is a registered section B Welsh palomino. He is from excellent Welsh bloodlines including Orielton Aristocrat and Rotherwood State Occasion and has striking looks. My daughter has ridden him as a lead rein, first and second pony since the age of nine but is leaving for university in September. I would like to find someone else to enjoy him as she did, as he loves being in work. I would describe him as a second pony as he can sometimes be spooky or forward hacking although he is quiet when schooling. My daughter is not a competitive rider but in earlier years she did compete with Charlie at small gymkhanas, cross pole jumping classes and walk and trot tests. They have been on several fun rides. Mainly he has been used for hacking on the country lanes and common near our home where he hacks alone or in company and is never nappy. He has also attended indoor pony club rallies. He has a good jump up to 2ft 3 but can be spooky with any fillers or strange jump wings. He goes barefoot and is good with the farrier. He has never been clipped. Fine to load. Up to date with vaccinations, teeth and worming. He has had laminitis but not for the last five years, so management of his grazing will keep him clear of this. He lives out all year round except for a few hours a day spent in a stable in the daytime. Charlie is very sweet to look after. He loves being groomed and always says hello in the morning. He is very easy to catch. We want to find the right home for him as he is a treasured part of my daughter's childhood. A trial is possible. Mario is a lovely pony in all ways he has recently been proffesionally backed by Andrew Leaver and has proved to be very sensible, hes very quiet and is happy for you to mount from the ground. Putting feelers out for interest in our beautiful chunky 8yoSec B gelding. Pittybeck breeding. Sadly outgrown by my very tall 11 year old and very difficult decision, but I cannot keep collecting and he deserves attention from another family. We are his first home after leaving his breeder. He showed very successfully as a youngster with them before we got him as a 5 yo. Fully registered with breed society. Lovely ground /stable manners. Good on lead rein. Hacks alone or with group. At this point I have to say he has been foot perfect when out with my young nephew who has cerebal palsy. Good with farrier /dentist /back.....basically good with any people interaction. Loves cuddles and scratches a very interactive pony. Good to clip, but tickly on his tummy if a full clip required. Could be used by small adult for showing he has beautiful paces. Would most suit confident small jockey given he can put the odd look in when hacking I would not put him as a full on first ridden. His career has mainly been showing / hacking. Over the last 16months we have started 's j up to 50cm. He has the ability for higher but my son is not that confident yet. He also done x country as his jockey shows interest in this area. Absoloutly Loves the water. Again with confident jockey will jump a lovely course, or lead rein over small jumps. Everyone who meets him.......loves him and of course comments how handsome he is. Leafy is looking for a new home! Could you help? Picks up all feet no problem, great for farrier, easy to groom and tack up. Just needs a rider the right size (we are all too big). Comes with saddle and bridle and lightweight turnout rug. He lives outside just fine, with a rug when it is zero or below. Likes company so should be kept with others. Good doer, comes to call, friendly little guy. Reason for sale is because we have a very young daughter and he is not 100% to be handled by such a young child. It's nothing an older child couldn't deal with, but she is too little. He can get a little bargy around food and if he wants all the cuddles. He has done a little bunny hop under saddle once, but other than that, this is a great little pony for someone to have lots of fun with. He is not spooky or nervous at all and is easy to ride, lunge etc. He has been in only light work for the last two months, as has no suitable rider to be doing any hard work with.
