Part insulated. Cosmetically, a small area of the coach house roof needs patching up, we started insulating but haven't got round to finishing due to living aboard, the galley (kitchen) is unfinished though fully functional, other than that she's absolutely sweet. We have left scope for you to make her your own! She has been a fantastic home, and an introduction for us in to life on the water.
