new mot !!LDV horsebox can be driven on a normal license! 3.5tonne Power Steering miles 2.5ltr transit diesel engine (the better engine out of the two put in these) MOT until april it can have a new mot on it when it is sold. 3 seats in cab x reg year partitioned for 2, the partition is easily removed so can open up to one big space if needed. Aliminium floor and ramp with rubber matting ontop forward facing with new wooden gates. full cab floor removed and new floor fitted. horses travel behind the cab and living is at the back of the horsebox. Small signs of rust. Height of horse area 2m18 Width 1m9 Length including head area 3m10 weight 2.6tonne - tested with tack, tank of fuel, people. The living area has recently been put in. This consists of: *New design Gas hob and Sink area with double cuboard storage underneath and above the work top. *Under seat storage *Seating area turns into bunk beds so can sleep two *Running Water *Plug for charging phone *Lighting *Carpet This lorry has taken me to shows all over the place and hasnt let us down. Selling my great little horsebox as iv moved to a yard with great hacking and im just not needing it as much. LDV convoy 2.5 diesel, runs and starts great. Easy to drive and economical on fuel and insurance. Tax £230 a year. I carry my 15hh chunky cob mainly but when I also take my friend's 16.3hh TB as well it drives equally as smoothly. Mileage very low, confirmed on recent MOTs. Before that, who knows! But clean and tidy for age, fantastic opportunity for a low price well-loved box. Spacious intetior, side gates to ramps. Dimensions are as follows- Height: 2m, width: 2m, depth: 2.25m. Has recently had: New cambelt, new power steering belt, been serviced Inc oil and filter, air filter, fuel filter, has new starter motor, new front wheel bearing, rear brake shoes, drivers rear half shaft seal and the mechanical fuel pump conversion(more reliable) The box inside has been built to a very high standard and is really tidy with a small living section for tack, seat and storage above cab, the cab itself is dated as you would expect for its age and an LDV. This lorry has lots of storage inside and out and has a good sized cut through with a large Luton and will sleep at least 3+ people comfortably.
