Sad sale of my Renault Master 3.5t horsebox. The box payload is approx kg and mileage is 114k. It's a plate. It had an engine overhaul costing me £2.5k and a new cambelt fitted by Renault in February so engine is sound and the MOT was done last week which it flew through with no advisories. Brand new Internal CCTV and reversing cameras have been pre installed, but just need to be wired in. I had the inside renovated by Henning Horseboxes in October who put new light weight rubber matting (Arkmat) throughout, reinforced the bulkhead and changed the stalling so the horses travel facing the rear. Renault Master Horsebox Stalled for two horses facing the rear can carry horses up to 16.2hh This P reg Renault horsebox has been extremely well converted by the well known horsebox company Marlborough. It has thick rubber flooring throughout and a lockable tack compartment which can hold two saddles and bridles plus some extra riding attire. There is a large area at the rear of the vehicle and space above the cab for any other items you wish to store, this area also houses the spare tire. The ramp is easy and light to lift. I am only 5'1 and able to open and close it by myself. It has a high solid partition which can be moved around should you need to extend/minimise the horse area. There is a light on the horse area and a small jockey hole to climb from the horse area to the tack area. The cab is clean and the vehicle is easy to drive. Being only 3.5t you can drive this horsebox on a car licence. I have recently had new brakes and pads all-round, a service including oil change, tyres and headlights re chromed as this is what it failed on the mot. All the jobs apart from the small amount welding has been done. The welding that needs doing for mot is a small area just by the water container under the bonnet area. Very easy to do. I just can't weld. Unfortunately during the time it has been sat under my mechanics nose he has lost the keys to lock the vehicle!! I do have the key to start and run the vehicle but the door lock will need changing. This is a great small horsebox which can carry a large horse and you can drive it without taking a lorry licence. Im selling this horsebox as I purchased it for transporting my gelding around but unfortunately has passed away and I no longer require a horsebox and to see it sat here brakes my heart so I've decided to sell it.
