33ft project broads cruiser boat widebeam retro houseboat liveaboard amazing boat

Boat for sale Great project boat 33ft very wide A beautiful retro broads cruiser It is a bit of a project  However is a good solid boat! The pics are awful as you can see there is a crack in camera I will try to upload better pictures asap...... I brought this as a project about 6 months ago And I have started the majority of the work.... I have completed the main structural jobs.... Such as  Cut and remove 90% of the reinforcing timbers, which are fibreglassed into the bottom of the hull.  To give it more rigid strength. So I Grinded all the inside of the hull and fitted brand new timbers and cross beams  and fibreglassed them back into the hull.... Which was a filthy job and got through a lot of materials.... Over £350 on epoxy alone... The original timber floor in the wheelhouse had rotted and collapsed, and the timber floor in the aft cabin had also rotted... Front sections are in small panels and are in good condition. All rotten broken timbers and floor were replaced with good quality ply And fitted with all new timber bearers.... Front of the boat still has the large double bed at the bow. Which converts to two singles. Also has its original dining seats and table. Which convert to another double bed. Also has a toilet and stainless steel wash hand basin. Then you go up 2 steps  Into the wheelhouse.... Which is very spacious with a removable roof  Which would make a lovely dining room and plenty of space to seat 8 people spaciously ........................ All original dials and controls are all still fitted to the boat  Although I exspect the condition of it is very poor  Down another 2 steps  Into the aft cabin  Which is a lovely spacious double cabin  Which would give you plenty of seating space plus king size bed..... With also plenty of room for storage And bedside sink unit and wardrobe... Further back from this in a separate sealed compartment is the engine room Which originally held two Perkins Diesel engines  On outdrives  These had been removed along time ago..... Therefore I was going to convert the rear transom to a outboard mounting as you have a 4 knot speed limit up most rivers and inland water ways.... So running two inboard Diesel engines would be costly and pointless.... By fitting the outboard it would be much easier to maintain much easier to convert  This would also be completely silent inside the boat And you would gain 5ft long by full beam of the boat of very good usable storage space........ Therefore you would have more room for water tanks storage tanks  Boat washing machine freezer etc......... Access to engine room is via 2 massive hatches on the rear deck of the boat..... Which you then step down into the engine room  Hatches are not in photos but I do have them !!!!! I just took them home to do a small repair which has been done to them... The water in engine bay has been there a week  Due to tarp blowing off All together it is a great boat  Just needs finishing off  Needs bed in rear cabin finishing off  Seating area making in wheelhouse  New galley fitting Rest is just paining cleaning and millions of odd jobs  Just to summarise  Boat is 33ft  Wide beam Boat has a removalable wheel house roof which is ultra light weight designed for going under bridges Boat has aft cabin Boat is designed as a 6 berth Which you could make more if you design wheel house correctly  Boat has large separate engine room no noises or smells into rest of boat Bags of storage space Boat is made of thick fibreglass.... With all new strengtherning fibreglassing Has all opening windows Has toilet and wash basin with room for shower Has cushions up front Boat has large forwards hatch Large aft cabin hatch Hatch lid missing on aft cabin but easy to make.... As for engine you can easily fit two new engines with outdrives Boat is very cleverly designed so that the engine room is in 3 separate bays...... So you can have twin engine  Or single engine  As I said I was gonna make into outboard..... Please note boat is being sold  As is........... As a project! 16ft cabin cruiser boat project, twin axel trailer

The boat is currently in my garage and I need it gone asap. This is an unfinished project that I don't have time to finish. For Sale is my lovely boat Mayhem. She is 5M 2 berth GRP cabin cruiser Day boat in extremely good condition. She has a 9.9 Hp Yamaha, Electric start outboard and Yamaha 703 Remote with safety switch and isolator. The motor has hardly been used, probably no more than 25 hours running in total and has only been used in fresh water on the broads and previously on the Ooze. Self serviced earlier this year. She is mounted on a Swift, Single Axle, Braked, tilting Trailer in excellent condition with new spare wheel. She is clean and tidy throughout and can sleep two people. the lockable cabin has interior light, cushions, curtains, starage boxes, small folding wall table and porta potty for the ladies. She has a new battery, 10 litre portable fuel tank, electric automatic bilge pump and Navigation lights. All electrics and steering linkage is in full working order. Two auxillary 12v sockets on the steering dash for phone charge or other. She is registered for the broads and has a BSS certificate valid until . Externally she is tidy but does require a rub down and a new antifouling coat. I will include the antifoul paint along with primer and a can of topside paint. I was going to finish her off myself but ill health has prevented this, hence the reason for selling her. All external cleats, hand rails etc are stainless steel. Extras include: Mooring ropes and painter, Bank anchors, Mud anchor, full set of Fenders, 3 Adult 50N buoyancy vests, Two 100N child buoyancy Jackets, life ring, inflatable tender with oars, spare fuel tank and fuel line: Flushing caps for dry running of motor along with the service and maintenance manual.
