This is an original Vienna style Classic solid American oak sofa bed from Futon that seats 3-4 people comfortably, and converts to a very comfortable standard double bed in three seconds. The Futon is Ultimate Futon type ideal for heavy every day use and comfortable sitting and sleeping. Comes with Aldburgh cocoa machine washable cover and Aldburgh cocoa large back cushions x3 (the covers are also machine washable). We got it May-June (Price £). Only minor wear but nothing significant. Our experience is that a quick machine wash of the covers makes the set look as good as new. A detachable tea time table in Oak that fits onto the arms allowing for your gadgets and cups is also available with one of sofa beds at no extra charge. Chair seats 3 people (4 if small) when converted to a bed, sleeps 2 people comfortably. Chair is used, but sturdy and has lots of life in it. However, I would recommend use in a spare room or for occasional guests rather than for everyday chair to bed conversion. The frame comes apart for transport (the heaviest bit about the sofa bed is the futon itself!) and will go into an estate with folded down back seats or onto a roof rack (if you can get the futon into the back).
