As of Monday the 18th of September, these kittens are now 5 weeks old and we are now in a position to offer them for sale with a non-refundable £50 deposit. We have three of the original litter of five left, all boys, and they are the ginger and the two white and ginger boys. You can also see the mother (calico) and the father (ginger and white 1/2 mainecoon) in the photos, both have a fantastic temperament and are readily on hand being house cats. The kittens themselves have been handled from the first hours of life (and a couple saved at birth), and are still handled several times a day. We expect that they will have the same temperament as their parents as they continue to grow and learn in their first months of life. These kittens have just had their first worming medicine, and will have a second before they leave plus a flea spray that will last them until they are 16 weeks old (not that any of them have worms or fleas, nor their parents, but it is a necessary step in prevention of both). Those that know about rearing kittens will appreciate that these medications are not your standard 'supermarket' medications, they are specialist in their nature and we can both show anyone who is interested in the kittens and advise them of their next steps. All three are priced at £150 each (£50 deposit, £100 balance) primarily to ensure that they go to good, loving and deserving homes. Secondly, these kittens (and their parents) have been fed only decent and nutritious food, kitten milk daily for mum (before and after birth) and the kittens themselves will only be supplied with quality foods and nutrition whilst weaning, and will only be released to their new homes AFTER they are 8 weeks of age, are fully weaned, litter trained and in perfect health.
