Torque control system helps you up the steepest of hills. Restricted to 15 mph by law, but can be de-restricted to reach 30 mph, however you need to buy a programmer to de-restrict it. Built on to a new mavic wheel rim, suitable for a mountain bike or hybrid bike. Includes built in rear light and front light. Controller with 4 assist settings and 4 battery regeneration settings. All cables and plugs. 48 volt battery charger included. Battery is locked to the rack with key lock, key is supplied and is easily removable for charging or storage.
