Birchwood 25 foot executive with a hardtop,fitted with a Ford Sea Tiger cc Petrol engine. Comfortably sleeps six,with an aft cockpit with bench seating and table which converts into a double for summer sleeping.Boat safety certificate till August . Twin helm seats,entry door starboard side and then down step to saloon. Shower, toilet and hand basin on starboard side. Brand new cooker with oven never used,brand new sink,worktop and tap,new water pump,hot and cold water fed by a 33 litre califorier and a twin tank water storage of 90 litres.2 New engine batteries.
