This boat has been in my driveway for the last two years and I am unlikely to use it for several reasons that have nothing to do with the boat. It has a powerful two-stroke motor for use at sea, which I have seen working and can be tried out before purchase if required. It has lights, a fish finder and a small concealed cooking burner for making tea, coffee, etc. The boat has no leaks but would benefit from a coat of paint. 14ft 'Wilson Flyer' Fishing Boat on 17ft galvanized trailer

This is an unfinished project, and comes with all the brand new plexi glass for the windows... new window seals... all the rubber fender piping... new bilge pumps... many other 'bits' including two new tins of yellow gloss 'top coat' marine grade paint. It has had a complete new transom (pictures available)..... been stripped down..prepared... had two marine undercoats on the top half......... The roof has been elevated, allowing you to now sit comfortably in the cabin area..... All the steering gear is in place ready for link up to an outboard......... The internal storage seats need attention, but other than than, all it needs is 'finishing off'.... It is totally seaworthy.... we pulled in 127 Mackerel one afternoon last autum....as the boat now is............. I was running it on a 25HP outboard and it gets up 'on the plane' easily with two adults aboard...... It is a Cathedral Hull 'Dory' and as such is very stable for fishing.... I think it was built in the early to mid 80's. I am only selling it due to health and storage issues... I will be really sad to see it go... but go it must.......... 17ft wilson flyer and extreme wet/dry retrieve trailer

17ft wilson flyer with short cuddy(so plenty of deck space for fishing) on an Extreme pivoting roller bed trailer. (kind of like a break back only better) which allows you to wet or dry retrieve/load the boat onto it. The boat is cosmetically rough looking but used it all last year without an issue. Time restraints and job change have prevented me using it this year hence the sale. The trailer has has only been in salt water once and was imediately washed with fresh water after it. The boat also has controls for a johnson/evinrude outboard but will require fitting to your outboard (no outboard in sale) i had a 25hp on it and it got about ok but would probably be a wee bit better with something a wee bit bigger. As far as stability is concerned its great. Its a cathedral hull and even having 2 of us standing at the same side of the boat it didnt feel anyway tippy (and we're not wee guys). Anyway defo worth the asking price and will be able to throw in some other accessories too (anchor/ropes/life jackets buoys oars). Pick up from motherwell and you will need a trailer board.
