This is Evie & Lola my beautiful little girls! They have worked at a petting zoo & so are extremely tame. They are around 6 months old & come with a cage & accessories that are all in perfect condition, no chew marks or anything. The cage is only a month old & was bought from pets at home along with a rope hammock & wooden hide. (Pets at home prices: Cage-?74, Rope hammock-?13, Wooden hide-?7) Theres also a carry cage included and any food & bedding that I have at the time. These Rats are extremely tame, I worked for a petting zoo & they visited schools, nurseries & care homes on a daily basis. I have recently started a new job which includes a lot of travelling and my beautiful rats aren’t getting the attention they deserve any more. I’d love them to go to a caring home with someone who will give them lots of love & playtime. They are very clever & affectionate and have individual personalities. Evie & Lola are litter trained so you can let them run around your living room & they will go back into their cage to go to the toilet. I have 2 rats that I’d like to sell. They’re still quite young, both males. One is black and the other looks like a chocolate point Siamese colour kind of (cream/white with brown/grey nose) They’re both lovely and gentle with children We bought them for our children as we used to both have rats and other rodents when we were children so we wanted ours to experience having different pets but they’re just not that keen on them and I have to force them to hold them just so the rats have time out of their cage. Just think it’s best if they go to a home where they’ll get more attention and more cuddles as I havnt got time to give them all the attention, although I do try my best every night to hold them and get them used to being out. We bought the cage brand new a month ago for £65, but we have had to put garden/chicken wire type stuff around the cage as the rats were small enough to fit through the bars, but it’s just cable tied on so can easily be removed once the rats have grown a tad bigger. Comes with their dish, bottle, litter/digging tray, basket, wooden ladder and cosy fluffy hammock type thing. Also will give you their food, treats and bedding. Read more
