Two Matching Large Vintage Unusual designed reconstituted Stone Garden Urns/ Planters. The garden urns measurements are cm) High with the width across the top being cm) diameter. The centre hole at the top is cm) diameter by approx. cm) deep. The urns separate into two parts for ease of lifting and transporting, as they are extremely heavy, no danger of them being blown over. I have owned these for about fifteen years or so and they were purchased then as used, so I have no idea as to their actual age? I have looked on the internet and have not been able to find any others which remotely resemble or are anything like the design and shape of these urns, so believe them to be quite unusual and rare. They are in very good, excellent overall condition, without any visible chips, cracks or damage, look especially regal when planted up, have plenty of weathering and patina which in my opinion enhances them and can be sold with or without the existing flowers. Three Stone Urns for a Garden and Decorative Use, Two in Classical Style, One Contemporary Style

the classically designed urns are not an exact pair. The smaller one is 46 cm (height) and 53 cm (diameter). This one is in good condition (see first two photos). The second one is larger at 52 cm (height) and 55 cm (diameter). When placed as a pair with plantings and at a small distance from each other, they seem quite like a matching pair, hard to discern the small difference in size. The second, larger urn has some peeling of the first layer of stone, also evident in the fourth and fifth photo. The urn can be turned with this defect facing a wall. The third urn is a contemporary, cube-shaped design, at 43 cm in height and 40 cm across. Nice, deep space for planting. The pair of classical design urns were placed on two plinths on the bottom of a staircase to a family home in Kensington for many years and look very impressive. They stand on beautiful, sturdy legs, which you can see in the photos. They probably need some cleaning and of course, lovely plants or flowering specimens, will make these look exquisite.
