DIY LIVERY for 2 stables and 2 acre paddocks. Available to rent immediately must both be rented by the same person, would suit mother - son/daughter or couple etc (must be adult to pay the rent) There is a good amount of grass to last your 2 horses till the winter as no grazing has been on there for at least 3 months. Water & electric on site Tack room available Rubber matting installed in the stables there is no other horses on site, however, you will only be renting the 2 stables and paddocks not renting full access to the yard. There will be some small construction work within the next 3 weeks for approx 6 weeks so your horses must be ok with a brick layer & mini digger. if you would like to wait till after the construction then this is ok also however the fields are getting quiet long grass. rental is £50 per week, this includes 2 x stables, paddocks & water & electric. the fields must be kept clean and poo picked on a weekly basis. strictly by appointment only, please contact me to arrange a viewing.
