Top area of hutch has sleeping compartment and eating area with ramp down to bottom double sized area & Trap door so it can be shut off if required. Both doors at top and bottom open and lid lifts off. 4ft wired outside run butts but to bottom front doors., this has hinged opening lid. Hutch may need some new felt on top as I always had a carpet and polythene on it through winter. Has always been lined with paper and straw and has been hosed out but wouldn't hurt to have a repaint (fence paint) Any Rabbit/rabbits or similar will be happy in here.
