Mission 702e floor standing speakers. Good sound / condition

This is a pair of Mission 702e floor standing speakers. They give a good sound and are two way speakers, so tweeter and bass in each cabinet. They can be bi-wired but I have only used normally. The cabinets are good overall but have some knocks on the corners because the veneer is a vinyl covering rather than real wood. Their impedance is 8 ohms and they do take a lot of power so an amplifier of 20 to 50 watts will be ok. Selling due to a move and although I bought to replace some even bigger speakers to save space, I have decide to keep the bigger ones. I could deliver locally but do not think that they can be couriered due to their construction. Any questions? Read More

Wharfedale Denton II vintage speakers - good sound

Wharfedale Denton II vintage speakers that have been stored for some years. They sound good and in real Teak veneer cases. The cases are not vented and so you can place against a wall without getting excessive boom. In their day they were regarded as hifi and they are still competitive but I just don't use them and I need the space back. 24 wide, 33cm tall and 20cm deep.
