I am 50 and in my younger days used to show jump, before family life kicked in 30 years ago. I have done some hacking and schooling work since, but I haven't ridden for 6 years and want to get back in the saddle. I am 16 stone so I'm looking for an Irish draught/part bred type horse over 16hh. I want a horse that will stand and is good in traffic, but doesn't get stupid in the field either as I'd like my nervous daughter to be able to ride him/her too. I am looking for a safe sensible mother Daughter share Cob. Leg at each corner type. would prefer a Gelding, but consider a mare if not mareish. Nothing over 12.
