2 chinchillas looking for a forever home

I am looking to rehome my 2 chinchillas, 1 male (Roger) and 1 female (Rita). They are 2 years old, very friendly although they do tend to have preferences over people they will go to. I am sadly having to rehome them due to a change of circumstances my home will no longer be suitable for them. I actually rescued these lovely chinchillas at the beginning of the year from unfortunate circumstances, they have been a joy to own however, it would not be fair on them to keep them. I am looking for someone who has searched a lot or previously owned chinchillas as I don't want to repeat their previous circumstances. They can come with a cage but it would be better for the new owner to buy a new one as their old cage broke and therefore the current one is just temporary and not the ideal home for the duo. Due to my medical reasons i am regretfully having to rehome my two cats. I do want them to stay together as they have spent the last 6 years together. They are father and daughter. The ginger cat is male 7 years old and neutured he is called mowmow. The turtle shell cat is female 5 years old and spayed she is called stripe. We have had mow since he was 10 weeks old and stripe since birth. They are both indoor cats as they are not keen on the outdoors. They are very affectionate especially stripe. They are used to living with dogs but are not keen on young children and usually hide from children so would prefer childfree home. They are regularly wormed and flead. 2 female rats looking for their forever home.

We have two beautiful female rats at R and T’s rescue and rehoming centre. They are called Brie (grey hooded) and Biscuit (black hooded) and are approximately 7 months old. They came to us due to allergy issues with their previous owner and have become very hand tame since being in our care.
