This printer is working fine except for the printer head tray that seems to not do its job properly, I tried cleaning it, but it won't work, it just needs a replacement and then it will be a very good economic printer for someone who needs A3 printing for work I had used it, but it was too big and when I bought a new laserjet one, same size but much more economic, I forgot about this one for a ling time and ink dried on the head, I am sure someone there has enough skill to give this one a new lease of life.
