2 adult Birmans looking for new home. Moby & Maggie - brother and sister. I adopted these two cats 1 year ago from Vets4Pets. I work in Bristol so out in the days - I didn't think this would be a problem as all my previous cats have been independent however these 2 cats have been indoor cats their whole life & very human-dependant. They do not enjoy being alone in the day and this is why I'm rehoming them. NEED A HOME IN CARDIFF - they do not like to travel and so I will not let them go to a home more than 30 min drive from Rhiwbina Cardiff NEED AN INDOOR HOME - this is VERY IMPORTANT. These cats have no street sense & if you let Moby out it will cause him stress & he will spray in your home. We thought it would be nice to let him out in the garden but he was spraying as it is too much for him. **********In previous replies to my advert to rehome this has been ignored by many prospective new owners******. YES this means a litter tray YES this means you need to be prepared to clean a litter tray 2/3 times a day. These are not easy, independent cats! They are pretty but hard work - more like a dog. You will need to provide far more care for these cats than a normal cat! Please consider if you can give a good home before responding. NEED A HOME WITH NO OTHER ANIMALS - my Mum took these cats for me a few months ago but I had to take them back as the other cats were causing them stress. NEED A HOME WHERE THEY WILL HAVE PLENTY OF HUMAN INTERACTION - if you work 9-5 like me, the cats will not be happy and will be very vocal in letting you know. NEED A HOME THAT WILL GROOM THEM FREQUENTLY - Maggie gets hairballs if you don't groom her, both will get matted fur if you neglect this. I adopted these 1 year ago - they are beautiful cats with absolutely gorgeous personalities. Moby is like a baby. He wants to be cradled all evening and will follow you around the house. Maggie likes a cuddle but is happy to chill by herself too. They sleep downstairs as they were meowing at 5am and waking me up. On weekends they come in to bed for cuddles in the morning. These would be brilliant cats for someone looking for companion pets. They absolutely adore human interaction! Friendly 9 year old cats in need of loving home

We have two (brother and sister) 9 year old cats which we've had since they were kittens. Bungy (male) thinks he's a dog and is happy to follow you around and likes a lot of cuddling. Tabby (female) also likes a lot of love and affection but is more shy. I think she gets a bit bullied by her brother so she's slightly timid. Both are neutered and are slightly overweight but very healthy. They've always had great quality food (mainly dry) and have regular vet visits. We are in a flat and are out a lot of the time so would be happier if I knew they were in a home where they received more love and affection. They would be happy to go separately or together. It is with a very heavy heart that we are looking for a new home for our two year old cats. Millie and Oreo have been with us since they were babies and unfortunately they are now affecting the health of our young son. We have been through a lot with them - Oreo losing his tail a year ago due to a car accident (copes better than ever!) - but we can no longer offer them the amount of fuss that we used to.
