Antique 19th century Mahogany Bureau, writing desk, secretair.

It has 2 small drawers and 7 pigeon holes inside the top. Standing on cabriole legs with ball and claw feet. Handles are original, key present. Leather inlaid original writing surface. In excellent condition for its age, just a couple of minor marks at the top. Dimensions: hight 100 cm, wide 78 cm, deep 43 cm. Bought from an antique shop in Holland many years ago. The bookcase is in lovely condition except for one small corner hole in the back above the drawers (pictured in photo 3) this was to feed cables for a tv and telephone which used to rest above the 3 drawers. The unit has been expertly cut into two sections by a carpenter for ease of transportation. (the cut being below the drawer units and is very difficult to see when assembled).
