Lovely brown VSD Farrington Saddle 18inch with a Medium Wide Gullet! I absolutely love this saddle but now have a black dressage saddle & no longer use it! Is an absolute armchair of a saddle and was bought brand new 3 years ago! Only signs of wear are where the stirrup leathers have been and across the pommel where there are some marks. There is also a tiny black pen mark on the near side back seat of the saddle which was there when I bought the saddle brand new! 18” MW Farrington black dressage saddle.   Farrington are a small independent saddle manufacturer, based in Walsall, with its own range of high quality saddles.   Only best quality English Sedgewick leather is used for these medium-priced, exceptional saddles.  This saddle is in very good condition, having had minimal use. A lovely comfortable deep seat   and supportive knee rolls. It has Crewe Saddlery pins on the top with a Farrington badge under the stirrup flap. Its been fully re flocked not just more added this was to try to make it fit our ever growing mare and after all that it still didnt fit hence sale. Its extremely comfortable an well made. Farrington dressage saddle with FLAIR. 8 " D to D, "M" stamped on the stirrup bar (shown in the photo). Beautiful saddle and very comfy. Only selling as my horse has recently had surgery for kissing spine & will be out of action for a while. The Flair has been checked in the last 6 months by a Flair approved saddler (Catherine Worsman). Both saddle & Flair are in good condition. One of the girth straps has separated (see photo) but this doesn't alter performance. It will however, need replacing at some point. Usual wear & tear marks. The saddle has always been kept at home, in my house to avoid any mould or damp and has been very well care for with regular cleaning & conditioning. Farrington 18" dark brown working hunter saddle /VSD

A beautiful and comfortable saddle in excellent condition with no scratches or damage, just the normal wear on the skirt where the leathers have rubbed a little. The saddle has been regularly maintained and the flocking is fine. It was bought new but has had very little use due to my horses ongoing lameness issues. English made GP  saddle by Farrington for Derby House. Good quality and sound. Had very little use and is in lovely condition. Nice big knee and thigh blocks. Comfortable and very secure. Measures 18" from stud to centre of cantle. Measures 9" across the dee's. This is a wide fit. Stamped 'M' on the stirrup bar but was professionally widened. Flap measures " from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. Girth straps are very sound and solid. Leather is soft and supple throughout. Nicely flocked panels with a good wide gullet.
