Unknown designer - lightweight folded ceiling light with
Nicely shaped ceiling light from the s.Design is a combination of the folding technique and the warm light effect of the Le Klint lamps and the design of the bubble lamps by George Nelson. The lamp isn't signed (any more). The lamp has a refined Chinese lantern shape. The shade is made from a very finely folded plastic. The space between two folds is only 7 millimetres at the widest point. The shade wedges both at the bottom and the top naturally and perfectly into the metal holder. Remarkable is that, in addition to the folds, the plastic also has the scale pattern, which enhances the nice light effect still further. It takes one E14 light bulb.Including 300 cm cord and thus suitable for the highest ceilings.Measurements:Height: 24 cmDiameter: approx. 33 cmCondition:Good. There are some light traces of paint splatter and a few small brown dots. In another spot, there is nearly a tiny hole. All of this is the size of millimetres, thus not disturbing in daily use.The black coated metal rings above and below have some varnish damage, and the spots where the varnish is missing there is some light corrosion. The many photos provide a good impression.
