This is bronson, an unneautered male akita, he is vaccinated, microchipped, flead and wormed. Bronson needs a home with no small dogs or children (I won't take a risk with my children or dog so I wouldn't with other people's) as he is protective of food and has already had a fall out with my chihuahua over food (no issues with children or dogs when food isn't around). He is crate trained and comes with his large crate so he can safely have his meals in peace. I will be doing home checks and asking many questions if I think you could be suitable. I don't drive so has to be blackpool area for me to home check. An ideal home would be as an only pet with just adults or older children living there as then the risk is greatly reduced. I want nothing more than for this boy to be loved by someone else as much as I love him. He's amazing. Except for his 1 issue he is otherwise a great and loving dog. I'm sadly having to rehome my 17 months old Akita. He's such a good natured boy. Loves people and children but sadly he won't stop chasing my cat and it is just too much for him. He gets on with other dogs but would be best suited as the only dog in the house. He is toilet trained and can be left in the house for a few hours on his own. He has recently been neutered. This has been a very hard decision to make and I won't be giving him to just anyone I will hold onto him until the right forever family comes along for him. We have given this week's and weeks of thought. It's not been an easy decision and we have tried every other option to make things work but our little chap needs a home where he can have much more attention than we can give. He has to go to a home where he can have plenty of exercise, and preferably someone who can be around with him through the day (although he doesnt suffer with any sort of separation anxiety, he is a very much happier dog when he has company), at the moment we walk him for 3 hours a days. He is totally fine with children as ours are aged between 4-16 years old. I would prefer him to be with a family who has had previous experience of the breed as they are not an easy breed to look after. He is crate trained and will walk on and off his lead. He is neutered and up to date with all vaccinations etc. He is no health conditions or concerns. Please email me with some information on yourselves and why you would be suitable for my little chap as I will be looking for the right home as his wellbeing is my upmost priority.
