These two delightful lithographs by the artist E. Grace date from the early 20th Century. They're framed and in beautiful condition, ready to hang in a child's room. Measurements are approx 12"x30". One is called "Oranges and Lemons" and the other, "The Clever Clown". Although old-fashioned, the colours are vibrant and the children enchanting. Our grandchildren loved them. Late 19th/early 20th century taxidermy. A Hawksbill Turtle. Greatest length 37cm from bill to rear flipper x greatest width 35cm tip to tip of front flippers. Apart from a light dusting still in "as discovered" state and will benefit from further cleaning - but not by me. The original wood wool padding is just visible in the throat. Age related blemishes but overall in perfectly reasonable condition. The photographs say more than any words of mine and form part of the description. A scarce piece.
