Archie Boy is a 16.1hh KWPN x Oldenburg. He is 8 years old and looking for a sharer. Archie is coming on in his education and is always eager to please. However, he still needs an experienced rider who is able to make him work correctly and consistently. He has competed in dressage up to novice so far and is often in the ribbons. I won the local winter dressage league in December on him too. Due to illness I have had a 5 month break from riding and so he has had a mix of people riding him, so now I am looking for one person who wants to work with me to help bring him on, especially in his dressage. 16.1hh British Warmblood Bay Gelding for Sale. 8 years old, sound and vice free. Unfortunately, he does suffer from mild headshaking which can be managed with a nose net in the summer. He is currently showing no signs of headshaking and I have not been using the nose net whilst bringing him back into work. Moves lovely but has been out of work over the summer due to me being busy with the children's ponies and showing. I am now bringing him back into work but know in my heart that I won't be able to keep up his work on a long-term consistent basis, which is what he needs to bring him on. Will make a lovely dressage horse and has done poles and small jumps with me in a sensible manner. Has never bucked or reared with me but can be a little cold backed when you first get on and has a little kick out but nothing nasty. Hasn't hacked out since I have owned him for the last 2 years as we do not live in an area that's suitable for road work. I did however, hack him when I tried him and he proved very sensible. Does have a few cosmetic marks on his legs, therefore, would not be suitable for a showing home. He is straight moving though and has never had any issues with lameness or any other health issues. Up to date with back, teeth, vaccinations, farrier etc. Good to shoe and travelled/loads with no issues. Dobby has 3 impressive paces with a very careful jump. He is a forward going fun ride. He has competed in SJ, both affiliated and unaffiliated. But is a good all rounder and has done XC and hunter trials. Dobby would also excel in the dressage ring, he works in a nice outline and has 3 lovely paces. He is helpful around a course of jumps and does automatic changes. He hacks alone and in company, and is great in heavy traffic. He is 100% to catch, clip, lead, shoe and loads first time every time into either a lorry or trailer. I ride him most days to and from the field just in a headcollar and lead rope. 16.2 Dutch warmblood gelding

Very very sad sale of my Dutch Warmblood “Buddy” 16.2 Chestnut Gelding out of Oliver x Voltaire Buddy is the perfect allrounder horse, he has done sponsored rides, hunter trials, hunting, dressage, SJ & Unaffiliated eventing. He hacks alone or in company, is good to shoe, clip and travel, does not rear or nap etc. Buddy on his first unaffiliated one day event last year finished on a dressage score winning us second place at Elmwood, he will make a fantastic little eventer for a lightweight adult or experienced teenager moving onto horses, he is a cross country machine, jumps ditches, hedges, water, banks everything he is very forward going in XC and needs to be ridden in a gag or as such with a curb chain however schools at home and hacks in a snaffle, he is the kind of horse that has unlimited amounts of energy I have never reached a point where he has been fatigued hence making him the perfect little eventer, We have regular lessons with Austin O `connor and he advises Buddy is ready to affiliate. I have had Buddy since a 5 year old, I am selling as I need a bigger horse with more bone due to me being tall and quite heavy and i feel that i have always been too big and heavy for buddy hence why I ask for a lightweight competant rider, Buddy is NOT A NOVICE RIDE but he is not a dangerous ride either if you like them forward going then he is the horse for you, he is very sensitive goes off the leg easily he also does have a sensitive mouth but can be very strong in XC. Buddy is great around children and dogs he loads into a trailer but here is his negative point and why i feel he is going for such a competative price… Buddy weaves terribly if left in a stable for long periods of time, he also weaves in the trailer however i have stopped this by putting up a grill in my trailer, Buddy needs to be out as much as possible as for the past 2 years has been living out with no problem he is fine if you bring him in last at night and make sure he is first out in the morning, if you stick to a solid routine for him then you will have no trouble but if you leave him in during the day then he will start. This horse is a very sensitive soul and requires a calm and patient owner to get the best out of him, he doesn’t like change and thrives off of routine if you can offer him this security then he will be the right horse for you, he lives for one 2 one contact with both humans and horses and loves to be groomed, hugged and petted. I am trying to be as open and honest as possible other than that he has manners to die for. Please feel free to PM me any questions you may have please note this is a very hard decision for me to sell this quality horse but I just feel that he would do much better with someone else, I am proud to say i have got him to where he is now, note that potential homes will be vetted and I will not be letting him go to just anyone. Please note I am in no rush what so ever to sell this horse and will wait years if need be for the right home, he is priced at a value to which I feel he is worth, he is open to vetting but obviously will fail based on the weaving alone, he is fit and ready to go.
