Leisure 17 sail boat. Comes with 1 years fully paid mooring and unlimited launch at Rutland Water, electric out board motor and new leisure battery. We learnt to sail with this boat and now we would like a bigger one. The boat has a set of sails but there not the right ones, but they still work. The trailer is only fit for launching purposes only. The boat is about 30 years old but very solid and forgiving once on the water. I am selling this Yacht as it belonged to my brother who sadly passed away earlier this year. I have no knowledge of this kind of boat and will have limited knowledge. I am unable to give much of a detailed description as I know nothing about the boat, however I suspect that any serious buyer would like to view the boat and this can be arranged as it is at present in dry dock on the isle of Rothsay in a boat yard. This will need some TLC and is dry docked for several months paid in advance therefore the opportunity to restore is available. I believe this boat has crossed the Atlantic on more than six occasions my brother indeed sailed it from USA to UK. This is a unique boat and can be again with the right TLC I have not seen sails up so don't know what they are like however it has sailed Atlantic as I said.
