16hh bay gelding ex racehorse for sale £600

I am selling my 16hh, 11 year old bay gelding. He was a successful sprinter. I have had him for just over a year now. He is a real gentleman on the ground with a lovely temperament, and is very easy to do. He is a blank canvas so would make someone a lovely project. I have only hacked him around the lanes but as he is such an easy horse to do, I think he would be willing to try something new. He is good to shoe, clip, catch etc and will hack alone but prefers company as used to being out with a string of horses when in training. He is 100% in traffic, lorries, tractors etc. When hacking alone, he does tend to neigh for the first few minutes but soon settles down, and for this reason I would prefer him to go to someone who has experience of thoroughbreds. He is up to date with his vaccinations and worming. I haven't ridden him for a couple of months now so he has had his shoes removed, so will be sold from the field. 16hh 6 year old TB Gelding Horse for Sale(ROR Unraced)

Lovely project TB for sale, based in Arley/Cheshire. *Experienced Home wanted* 16hh, 6 years old, Bay, Gelding, registered with Weatherby's as 'McCool Runnings' otherwise known as 'Mac' at home. Sire: Cockney Rebel Dam: Dances with Angels. Fully up to date with Vacs, dentist, physio etc (nothing noted) and passed 2 stage vetting in Feb when I bought him which you are welcome to view. Loads and travels fine (once he finds his feet), and perfect with the farrier, he can be a little sensitive with his ears but not nasty, and I haven't clipped him but he was fully clipped when I bought him so assume no issues. He is fine to bath, goes in the hot wash/solarium and groom etc. Sadly for sale as I do not have enough time to do this boy justice and continue is education, he is not suitable for novices due to his age, breed and background. He trained to race but was too slow so never raced but is registered ROR, I bought Mac in Feb as a project to bring on whilst my other competition horse is out of action, unfortunately due to a change in work commitments I am no longer able to dedicate the time to him and I am struggling during the week. He is a lovely boy, but he needs stimulation and consistent repetitive work and therefore not suitable for just anyone - he can be spooky and can get upset in busy/loud environments but has already come on leaps and bounds with me as an amateur, with consistent works and lots of it he will excel massively. I have taken him to camp/clinics and out training around somerford/kelsall and he has behaved impeccably, drops/ditches/water all fine etc. Was professionally schooled for 7 weeks over summer with Andrew Downes, and works in a lovely soft outline but but is still a baby and it is not perfect but he is ridden in a Nathe rubber snaffle for everything and is not strong in the slightest and therefore requires someone willing to put more work into him - this is reflected in his price and I am of course open to sensible offers and happy to discuss him in full, as I cannot stress enough that I want the best for this boy - therefore home very much more important then price. 14hh cob x gelding **sold from field*

For sale through no fault of his own is my 14hh cob x gelding. I bought bobby as a yearling and he is now 8 years old. He has been produced at home but sadly through lack of time and interest has been turned away for the last 12 months. He is to be sold from the field so will make a fantastic project. Bobby when left natural presents as a brilliant native breed. Through more recent years he has been clipped and hogged (he is currently growing out his hog and wearing his winter woollies). He is a nice quick little pony with a nice little pop who will do most of his work off voice commands alone. He is not a novice ride as he can be a bit strong but would make a fantastic pony for a confident rider. He hasn't done a lot in terms of showing as has been predominantly used as a happy hack. He is a good low mileage project. He is good to shoe, clip, load etc although he does prefer to travel in company. He has hacked alone in the past but his confidence will need bringing on as he can still be rather green. He will happily live out all year round or be stabled, and is a good doer so is nice and cheap to keep. He doesn't need rugging and can go barefoot depending on work load.
