For Sale: 16.1hh 9 year old gelding. Sired by Clerkenwell and bred to event, Rupert is a lovely all rounder who turns his hoof to anything. He has done a bit of everything - evented to Novice level with New Zealand event rider Andrew Nicholson, done unaffiliated dressage and affiliated and unaffiliated jumping - currently BS registered. Rupert has been to one BS show due to lack of time which was the Scottish Derby where he was placed 5th out of 30 starters with only around 8 completing the course. He jumps anything and everything. Total confidence giver, never bucks rears or bolts and is ridden in a snaffle at all times. Hacks alone or in company in heavy traffic and has excellent stable manners. Moves nicely, can jump and qualified for championships just a few months ago. Good to hack out in company, has thrown a buck going into gallop behind another horse so not for a novice.
