Unfinished Wilson Dory Flyer with 26'Super Roller Coaster

This is my Wilson Dory Flyer, it has a steel plated keel and GRP hull structure it also benefits with SS rails for many uses as originally used in Scotland for potting, a very sturdy boat with S/S fittings the Cabin would benefit from a refit and new window fitments I have also added a Bomer hatch worth (£180.) this is useful for anchoring and buoy tying of anchor locating when need be, I was preparing it ready for the next season but although I have started to refit, I am unable to finish the boat due to my wife's illness which has taken priority,(Naturally) and preventing me from finishing the project, The boat is 21ft in length and has an 7ft+ beam. it will fish 6 people very aptly, I had an Evinrude 75hp ptt /oil injection with full controls fitted on her which has since been removed, Also the items in the back of the boat will be removed before collection. The vessel sits on a 4 wheeled Super Roller Coaster trailer (Worth on it's own £) which comes with the sale of the Dory, the trailer brakes have been removed because of local launching on the club slipway, I don't see the point in having brakes on a trailer if it's only used for launching ? The wheel bearings are good, The tyres would benefit from an upgrade if the trailer is used to road tow etc...Situated in Port Talbot if anyone wishes to visual view outside the lock up which is most welcome but an in depth viewing must be made by arrangement. 17ft wilson flyer and extreme wet/dry retrieve trailer

17ft wilson flyer with short cuddy(so plenty of deck space for fishing) on an Extreme pivoting roller bed trailer. (kind of like a break back only better) which allows you to wet or dry retrieve/load the boat onto it. The boat is cosmetically rough looking but used it all last year without an issue. Time restraints and job change have prevented me using it this year hence the sale. The trailer has has only been in salt water once and was imediately washed with fresh water after it. The boat also has controls for a johnson/evinrude outboard but will require fitting to your outboard (no outboard in sale) i had a 25hp on it and it got about ok but would probably be a wee bit better with something a wee bit bigger. As far as stability is concerned its great. Its a cathedral hull and even having 2 of us standing at the same side of the boat it didnt feel anyway tippy (and we're not wee guys). Anyway defo worth the asking price and will be able to throw in some other accessories too (anchor/ropes/life jackets buoys oars). Pick up from motherwell and you will need a trailer board.

14ft 'Wilson Flyer' Fishing Boat on 17ft galvanized trailer

This is an unfinished project, and comes with all the brand new plexi glass for the windows... new window seals... all the rubber fender piping... new bilge pumps... many other 'bits' including two new tins of yellow gloss 'top coat' marine grade paint. It has had a complete new transom (pictures available)..... been stripped down..prepared... had two marine undercoats on the top half......... The roof has been elevated, allowing you to now sit comfortably in the cabin area..... All the steering gear is in place ready for link up to an outboard......... The internal storage seats need attention, but other than than, all it needs is 'finishing off'.... It is totally seaworthy.... we pulled in 127 Mackerel one afternoon last autum....as the boat now is............. I was running it on a 25HP outboard and it gets up 'on the plane' easily with two adults aboard...... It is a Cathedral Hull 'Dory' and as such is very stable for fishing.... I think it was built in the early to mid 80's. I am only selling it due to health and storage issues... I will be really sad to see it go... but go it must.......... Good solid dory on a galvanised trailer. No engine with sail. The stainless bars and from rail is worth a hundred or so quid. Hull is in average condition. I have pics of recent us at sea. Very stable and actually quite tidy. I have upgraded to a newer boat hence the price. I need the soace back so make me an offer. The fore deck ideally heads replacing but I never bothered as it made no difference to me. It's a bit soft is all. Located in charminster. Has a fish finder and transducer included with the sale.
