26ft long 6'10 wide GRP boat (Burland 26). Boat built in berth, reasonably fitted out inside (completely liveable) but with no working engine. Bought in , now leaving London so time to sell the boat. Spent time making boat a nice and comfortable place to live, however always intended to fix the engine but never got around to it, hence the cheap price – only £! The good: Completely liveable inside working oven, grill and 3 hob burner (gas), all connected and working £500+ of top quality solar equipment fitted (fitted 3 years ago, still working perfectly) Big 220 watt solar panel, ah deep cycle batteries, 30amp MPPT charge controller, 300w pure sine wave inverter – all working perfectly providing loads of power on the boat (in the winter I could still have lights on, charge the laptop, listen to music etc.) good electrics in the boat nice big water tank (approx. 100L), and working water pump all connected multi-fuel cast iron stove, keeping the boat nice and warm Shower – heated by calorifier though, so not hot unless engine has been running Toilet (porta potti) professionally insulated roof BSC valid until November River & Canal license valid until October Big double bed fold down table and seating area (seating 2 comfortably, 4 at a push), taking about 20 seconds to transform into small double bed Hull in excellent condition, last taken out of the water and antifouled in The bad: canopy is a little raggedy, see photos engine (33hp inboard petrol watermota crossflow seawolf mk2) not currently working – won't start, not sure of the problem. I've been getting other boats to give me a tow. Not recommended for tall people! At 6'3 I had to stoop with this boat. Seamaster 21.this is a project boat.it is afloat currently moored up 0n the river lea in tottenham,north london. It has 3 and a half year boat safety certificate. I purchased this boat 6 months ago with the intention of refitting the inside and doin some work to the outside so i could resell it. Iv since landed a fulltime job n its just sat there so time to sell.These boats can go for plus with a good refit. It has original gelcoat which is in good condition.the boat was delivered to me via trailer so i saw the hull and it is in good condition. the inside as u can see has been stripped back so needs complete refit.inc is original stainless steel sink n foam for seats.Has brand new battery in the back for starting the outboard motor. The motor was working fine but has developed a problem where it will not suck petrol up from petrol can into motor.so will not start.im sure a few hours or less tinkering will sort the problem.if not i know a really friendly boat mechanic who will pull up beside the boat n easily fix the problem.30£ first hour 20 hour therre after.there is a slight leak from where petrol tube attaches to engine.The poles that hold the canopy up need attention.easy diy fix.the canopy door on 1side needs re sewn.the canopy is only few years old n appart from door needing sewn in great condition. The bars at front of boat need repaired or replaced and some external wood needs replaced.insurance for this boat cost £ month n river licence 160£ for 6 months. i hv the boat safety certificate, original receipt,copy of past river licence.. 22ft Canal Boat - Cabin Cruiser - Refurbished - only ever made - Teal Convertable

This is my TEAL 22 Convertible, only of these ever made around 50 yrs ago, it's made from GRP. It comes with a Honda 9.9hp outboard with electric start and remotes. I bought this as a restoration project and I have just bought a bigger boat, so I am selling this one to fund my next one. It's just has new curtains and all seats upholstered in a matching blue velvet. it's had the top deck repainted pale blue, it's had new electrics fitted for push button start and stop of engine. new captains swivel chair. no leaks and everything works as it should. there is a 2 ring gas burner but it's not connected, a small toilet, it is convertible so the roof just lifts off. Starts first time, very stable in the water, nav lights, spotlights, horn everything all works. I am only selling to find a bigger boat, will be sorry to see this one go as it's a lovely boat.
