For Sale - 16.3hh grey 15 year old BSJ mare. Excellent temperament and an all round lovely horse to deal with. Fantastic to groom, bath, load etc. Up to date on teeth, farrier and worming. KWPN registered, with fantastic bloodlines (bred out of Riverman), she has originally come over from the Netherlands. Lovely to work on the flat and always ridden in a snaffle, she also has an excellent scopey jump. She has previously competed BSJ successfully with many winnings with her previous owner. I have owned her for 2 years, but due to work commitments I have not had the chance to compete her myself and so have just enjoyed working her from home on days I'm back from work. Genuine reason for sale, as I feel I don't have the time, and I feel she is going to waste as she is such a talented horse and needs to get back out competing. Brood mare / companion mare

I am looking for a forever home for me mare, 9 years old, 15'3 cob x (warmblood passport) unfortunately nearly 2 years ago she damaged her deep digital flexor tendon and I have brought her back field sound but she won't be ridden again, unfortunately I have to have her on full livery due to work commitments so is very expensive to keep her as a pet. She is very nice natured (like a big dog) and loves people, she enjoys a scratch and looks grooming with other horses. She can be handled by children and will just follow you around, even after 6 months box rest she was an angel to turn out waiting for her head collar taking of before she ran into the field and on box rest you wouldn't have know you had her there. With her temperament I think she would make a good brood mare but I have never bred from her so nothing proven. A good home is the most important to me I have owned her since she was nearly 2 so is a difficult decision to look for a new home for her. I gave her a bath today () for the first time in months and she was a star.... so easy to have around. My children have handled and riden her. She is not really suitable for novices at this point in her life as she has only just started her education. She is good to ride never had any problems with her she is great in traffic. She is good to load. She really needs love and attention, I think she has had a bad time at some point in her life. She will need time to adjust to her new home and owner, she is very loving but takes time to trust people. She will benefit from things being taken slow and steady, she doesn't like to be rushed.
