16hh 6 year old TB Gelding Horse for Sale(ROR Unraced)

Lovely project TB for sale, based in Arley/Cheshire. *Experienced Home wanted* 16hh, 6 years old, Bay, Gelding, registered with Weatherby's as 'McCool Runnings' otherwise known as 'Mac' at home. Sire: Cockney Rebel Dam: Dances with Angels. Fully up to date with Vacs, dentist, physio etc (nothing noted) and passed 2 stage vetting in Feb when I bought him which you are welcome to view. Loads and travels fine (once he finds his feet), and perfect with the farrier, he can be a little sensitive with his ears but not nasty, and I haven't clipped him but he was fully clipped when I bought him so assume no issues. He is fine to bath, goes in the hot wash/solarium and groom etc. Sadly for sale as I do not have enough time to do this boy justice and continue is education, he is not suitable for novices due to his age, breed and background. He trained to race but was too slow so never raced but is registered ROR, I bought Mac in Feb as a project to bring on whilst my other competition horse is out of action, unfortunately due to a change in work commitments I am no longer able to dedicate the time to him and I am struggling during the week. He is a lovely boy, but he needs stimulation and consistent repetitive work and therefore not suitable for just anyone - he can be spooky and can get upset in busy/loud environments but has already come on leaps and bounds with me as an amateur, with consistent works and lots of it he will excel massively. I have taken him to camp/clinics and out training around somerford/kelsall and he has behaved impeccably, drops/ditches/water all fine etc. Was professionally schooled for 7 weeks over summer with Andrew Downes, and works in a lovely soft outline but but is still a baby and it is not perfect but he is ridden in a Nathe rubber snaffle for everything and is not strong in the slightest and therefore requires someone willing to put more work into him - this is reflected in his price and I am of course open to sensible offers and happy to discuss him in full, as I cannot stress enough that I want the best for this boy - therefore home very much more important then price. Lee is ny beloved 15hh standard bred. Beautiful bay with a quirky personality. I love this horse to bits but unfortunately life struggles have forced me to think about my situation. Ideally for lee i would like to find a home near by the midlands where i can still have a lot to do with him... but he would be a companion horse mainly. I am able to ride him but he is very nervous and has had a lot of time out of work, and as far as i know, never had anyone else on his back. Basically i would like to find a patient and loving home for a very loyal horse where i can still have plenty to do with him. He is fab at ground work and anything natural horsemanship would suit him down to the ground. He probably wouldn't be a ridden horse for anyone else in the near future but he makes a fab field companion. I have a beautiful 8 year old 15.2h Thoroughbread X gelding for sale as a light hacking horse/ show horse or a field companion. He loves people and adores hugs and being pampered. He can live outdoors or will happily stable as he loves to lie down and fall asleep. If used as a companion horse he would be fine being left in a field or stable alone as long as he had something to occupy him e.g. a hay net / grass. He has lived with both mares and gelding and in large mixed herds too. He can be anxious at times around busy yards and worries if things approach him quickly/ noisily from behind. He has just being brought back into work after having had time off due to a right fore lameness issue. Vets advise he is used for light hacking, showing or as a companion horse now. He has definitely got a WoW factor and turns heads wherever he goes. However he is a very sensitive horse and needs a experienced rider / handler that can reassure him when he gets tense and guide him. I am selling my horse due to having an operation on my hand and not being able to ride him anymore. He evented over the last two years with a very good, experienced rider at 90 and 100. He was placed on several occasions. He loves being in work and is missing being ridden. Sadly due to my hand he is turned away in a field as I have no-one to ride him now as my friend moved back to Finland. Once in work he is worth much more but I am seeing if there is interest before I send him away to be worked and then sold for more.
