16.2hh, Dark bay, 10Year old KWPN Gelding Colino (Colin to his pals) has only been recently purchased but has simply proven to be too much horse for our novice daughter. He requires an experienced sympathetic rider to work with him to release his potential. This sale is breaking our daughter’s heart as Colino is such a nice boy – he is friendly and wants to be loved. He has a good blood line and was sired by Van Gogh He was an eventer over In Netherlands as a youngster. Here in the U.K he has hunted with his previous owner, competed in dressage and sponsored rides. He has not regularly show-jumped recently but jumped 90cm when we met him. This is an area that he needs to be brought back into work in. He had recently spent a few months in the field due to lack of time but is now back to being ridden and exercised daily. Would excel going to a hunter home or riding club home, Affiliated dressage is good. He is good to shoe and happy to have his feet lifted and cleaned. Ridden in loose ring snaffle. Happy to live in or out, in company or on his own. No vices. Really easy to box and travels nicely but for some reason he doesn’t like our trailer. He's not worth £50 he's worth everything he is as an animal and a friend. My mental health has become problematic and I just want someone who can give him a happy life because he is full of love yet a bit greedy. He has everything going for him and it isn't something I do lightly.
