Tentatively looking for a sharer for my beautiful 16.1hh piebald mare. Shes such an honest lovely girl, no vices and a nice ride. She can give a good spook (usually at birds) but not silly or sharp. She can also be a little strong if you are holding onto her so looking for an experienced, calm and respectful rider. She's not mareish and is a good doer. She can jump and do a little dressage but I'm not looking for anyone who wants to be out competing or racing her around. Yard duties will be required on your days. She is stabled local to Grantham, the yard has a beautiful floodlit manege and miles of stunning off road hacking. She will be stabled at night over winter but her livery cost includes turn out or bringing in once a day so you would only need to go up once on your days. I now live in the USA, and have one wonderful sharer, but am looking for another, as I am not there to ride him. Ruby has had a Kissing Spine operation in february and has had some rehab i.e walking and trotting on the lunge and her back now has no scare from the operation. She is 12 years old and stands at 14.3hh. Dolly would be ideal for someone who wants to be around a kind horse, make a fuss of her and the occasional ride. I have only had dolly a few months so haven't hacked her out yet. But riding isn't very important to me, she's just a part of my family and she always will be. Please message me for more details. Hi, my names dreamer, i am a 17hh 4.5 year old appaloosa x tb mare, although im a big girl i am very gentle and love attention and kisses.Please dont be put off by my age, i am a sensible head on a young body, am very willing and always try my best. I am living in Epsom at Horton farm and we have a school, a few cross counrty jumps, use of poles, round pen and a track that goes around the outside of the farm. The country park is accessible from our farm with the choice of roadwork or only track. i am very confident on the road when it comes to cars,lorry's other horses, motorbikes, dogs, cyclists, loud noises etc.. the only thing i am not to keen on is drains and puddles. i do not run away from them i just have to stand and look at them until my rider asks me to walk on and i tend to just avoid it. I also enjoy my work in the school but i am still young and only know the basics at the moment but happy to learn some new tricks! I can sometimes get bored of doing the same things so i like to go out in horton country park and ashstead common. i am happy going either alone or with another horse but i dont like it when other horses go behind me, i get very grumpy and cant keep my legs to myself. I am putting my mare up for share purely so that she gets more work. I am looking for someone to ride at least once or twice a week with stable/yard duties for her such as poo picking. Very flexible with days and amount you would like to ride. She can be ridden out alone by a confident rider or in company with a novice. Perfect ride but can be a little bulshy on the floor at times.
