I am selling my horse due to having an operation on my hand and not being able to ride him anymore. He evented over the last two years with a very good, experienced rider at 90 and 100. He was placed on several occasions. He loves being in work and is missing being ridden. Sadly due to my hand he is turned away in a field as I have no-one to ride him now as my friend moved back to Finland. Once in work he is worth much more but I am seeing if there is interest before I send him away to be worked and then sold for more. I want him to go to the right person who will accept his quirks and love the good times. He will hack happily and enjoys eventing, show jumping etc. Jabs, teeth and back all up to date. This is a very sad sale so please no timewasters. I have my gorgeous boy up for sale due to no fault of his own. He's a very loving affectionate boy. He's every easy to handle in and out the stable. Good for farrier and vet and dentist. He's fully vaccinated against flu and tetanus. Wormed and feet to date. He has backed in walk and trot as my friend brought him back into work for me however he is still green. Given the time he deserves he will be amazing. He's 7 years old. He will live in or out but he loves his stable and prefers to come in at night. He loves nothing more than to have a cuddle. Iv owned him for nearly 2 years and he's just brilliant but wasted with me as I got him so me and my daughter could go riding together but she's not interested and he's being wasted. I lost my confidence riding and can't see me every going out riding again. He deserves so much more. But Iv had no1 to ride him since October.i know he went out for hacks in his previous homes but Iv not took him out. Teddy is a lovely looking red and white coloured cob. Sad sale so will be completly honest as want to find the right home for my boy Teddy is 2 years and 8 months old cob gelding he stands approx 13hh but still has more growing to do. He is up to date with worming, vaccinations and farrier. He is microchipped and has a passport. We have had teddy since he was 11 months. Lives out with mares and geldings all year round, unshod, unrugged lives on fresh air. Brilliant to catch always the first one waiting at the gate as he sees us arrive. He has had some ground work, led round asked to stand walk trott ect. And has been long reined a few times. He will stand to be groomed happily but can be fidgety at times other times a complete angel. Teddy is not suitable for a novice due to his age. He is not a ploddy cob, hes a real lively energetic pony for a cob with a real spring in his step. He can be bolshy around food, and will try his luck if you ask him to do something he doesn't want to do. He will pick up all four feet but you will need someone at his head with some treats! He isn't a fan of being hosed and will rear up slightly to back away from it. Will make someone a lovely pony in the right hands. He has lovely movements perfect for a driving pony.
