Can pass on Clive's details if required or they can be found on the society of master saddlers site. * Spring tree * 16.5" seat, width has some room for adjustment by a saddler - Clive has done this for us. * Under 2yrs old, regularly cleaned and waxed. * Scratch on pommel - reflected in price and shown on photos. Mark on the seat is a mark in the leather which was there when we bought it new, not a scratch. * Beautiful soft English leather. * Has been used on a short backed 15.1 Welsh D Can come with stirrup leathers and a girth also made by Clive. Gorgeous Ideal GP/event saddle. Black Leather. '' seat '' d-d Medium Wide fit Decent knee rolls and slimline thigh blocks. 3 girth straps each side in good condition. Sound tree, bars and panels - professional panel work as per photos. Lovely leather suppleness and thickness - some small areas of fading to seat and flaps as shown. Small area of cosmetic stitching on right saddle skirt is present underneath stirrup cover but missing on top as per both photos....skirt still fully intact and not separating in any way and this does not impair the use of the saddle - not visible until inspected closely and not visible at all when being ridden in. Usual very minor use related wear to cantle/pommel etc. if desired, purchaser will need to buy new girth guards. Trials welcome - collect from Hereford. Offers invited. Advertised locally so reserve the right to sell.

This saddle was only used very lightly as it was our best saddle (you can see by the pictures). The leather still has its firmness, not soft and over used. Grandee - These have a square cantle that gives a flatter seat, idle for the broader horse/pony, and comfy to sit on. It is a more forward cut GP saddle and can be used for jumping, hunting, as well as general work. A fab all rounder!
