Archie is my stunning 7year old 15hh Cob X who is in need of a rider while I work away. Archie is a very fun horse but unfortunately due to my work commitments he's being completely wasted in the field. Archie is great to hack alone or in company, but does go better alone with a reassuring rider. He has previously done dressage which he excelled at, showjumping where he showed scope and potential, cross country, hunting and much more, however his fitness will need to be built up a bit before he is ready to be fully immersed in that kind of work again. Very polite and sweet horse absolute gem on the ground to lunge, clip, turnout, travel and shoe very easy to manage has lived in with limited turnout and lived out with no change in attitude or behaviour, no vices. He is not a novice ride under saddle, he has three lovely paces and loves his jumping easily jumping a metre course. However he is very sensitive to change, has never bucked or reared but can speed up or shoot forward when unsure therefore needs a confident rider. DAVE. 16hh 8yo Tb gelding. Dave has very expressive paces and is very willing to learn. He would excel doing dressage although would equally be happy just hacking/ schooling. He loves work and ideally likes to be working 4+ times a week. He’s nervous around coloured poles and can be nappy when hacking alone although it’s nothing extravagant. For sale Beautiful bay Gelding 8yo 16hh For sale as a project, he's a lovely boy with great manners. He hacks alone and in company and is good in all traffic. He's good on the flat and improves every time, just lacking top line which is also improving week by week. He's not sharp or spooky but is forward going, he would be ideal for someone looking for a winter project who has the time. I don't really want to sell but doing what I feel is best for him as I only have a grass paddock to work him in and when it's wet I can't ride or lunge on it as it's also winter grazing so don't want to churn it up, also no lights so after work it's a race against the light:(so I don't want to see him get wasted over winter!
