!!! Chunky All Rounder/Happy hacker 15hh !!!

15hh (approx) 10yr old Bay Blagdon Mare. This lovely big, sweet natured mare has brilliant flashy, floaty paces... Perfect for the show ring. She is currently being ridden out on hacks on our busy roads and is not fazed by anything from road signs to lorries. She has a lovely forward walk and trot but is by no means a strong girl despite her size. She does canter, sometimes needing a kick when in the menage but can be forward when asked. She would benefit carrying on with schooling too. She is snaffle mouthed at all times. She has just been introduced to some jumping, it is all new to her but she is so genuine, she always has a go. Has also done a course of small jumps and took it all in her stride. I have found that she prefers to be with company on the stable yard although she will come in and tie up by herself, she just gets vocal and sometimes a little fidgety but getting more confident and quiet every day. She is not a fan of having her feet picked out, not at all nasty just really heavy footed. This genuine, honest mare has never bitten or kicked, is brilliant to tack up, groom, catch and can live in or out as a good hardy do-er type. Ideally looking for a competent, knowledgeable home. Stunning 15hh Approx, 10 yr old, Blagdon mare. Excellent happy fun ride, forward going girl, although not strong, always snaffle mouthed. Will pop round a small course of jumps (usually around 2.3ft - 2.6ft, but has jumped 3ft spreads!!) Great hacking out on the roads alone or in company, happy to be in front or behind. Heartbreaking sale of my beautiful cob Maggie. Maggie is a fantastic little mare who is ready for a quieter life. She is 14.3hh and approximately 15yrs old. Maggie has been part of our family for 5 years, in which time she has given me so much confidence. She has mainly been used for hacking and fun rides and is now looking for a new home where she can continue to be a happy hack/companion/broodmare. Although Maggie is very safe she would not be suited for a complete novice as she can be a forward ride and is easy of the leg. Toby is amazing boy I have owned him for 5yr now he loves hacking and jumping is can move lovely in the school. He is great on the ground my 12y old daughter does loads with him turning him out bring him in grooms him put him on the walker loose schools him u name it she can do it with him. Toby has the potential to do so much more then just hacking. Toby is not bothered by any traffic I have taken him over motorway bridges down main road, housing estate open fields, Toby is the one that goes on the out on the road when out with one that is not great on roads or if I have my daughter riding out with us. When Toby is in regular work u can put anyone on him he is that good but unfortunately Toby does have one vice that if he is not kept in regular work he will put in a few bucks when u get back on him and he needs a confident rider to push him on and this is the same with his schooling once he know u r boss he will go like a dream. This is why he is only up for £ if it wasn't for the few bucks he puts in he would be up for a lot more as this is his only bad thing about this boy they r not dangerous or unseat u bucks Read More
