Jack - solid cob gelding 5yrs old 15h

Jack is my beautiful solid cob. He's standing hh and is only 5yrs old. Jack has been backed and now in the process of being ridden on. He walks and trots without an issue. Good soft mouth. Fantastic to hack! Not phased by anything. Needs more schooling but is coming on in leaps and bounds. Jack is not at all a silly boy he's a solid level headed boy who just takes everything in his stride. Jack is fab to lead load, groom, tie up, feet farrier, get etc. Can be a monkey to catch bit literally walks off and within a minute he gives up to be caught. Jack is amazing really he's brilliant with my 18month old she rides him grooms him leads etc and he just follows like a dog. Don't be put off by Jack's age he might only be 5 but rides much older. 16.3hh 9 year old Gelding ISH - Fantastic All Rounder

Bertie is a genuine, sweet horse who always tries his best in everything he does. He lives to impress and always seeks approval and praise from his rider. We have been focusing on schooling and Bertie has came on leaps and bounds, which has been a result of regular lessons from Kelly Douglas. He has substantially improved and there is huge potential in him and with a little more work he will be fabulous to do dressage. Out hacking, Bertie does require a bit of persuasion and relies on the confidence to come from his rider. This is purely because there was an incident a few months back where he was chased by dogs and I fell off. However, he has since seen dogs and been around them but I have been trying to get him used to them again but I'm sure, with time, Bertie will feel confident hacking out alone again. Prior to this he hacked out with company no problem and will go first, last or middle. He really is no bother. Jumping is definitely the field that Bertie excels in. He LOVES jumping and I have established that this is where he is most confident and the activity that he enjoys the most. Bertie will jump anything you put in front of him (including arena fences) and I have never known him to refuse a jump. Loves cross-country even more and will happily go around a course on his own. He will go venturing in and out of the water, including jumping. He will literally jump anything. However, he does get quite excited when jumping/doing XC therefore needs a competent rider. In the right hands Bertie will go very far in the competition world and I would love for him to go to someone who wants to compete regularly as he loves getting out and about. He is NOT a first horse, due to his size and strength (during jumping), however he is always snaffle mouthed. He is fine to load and travel, you don’t even know he’s there and if necessary he will actually stand in the box all day. No problem for the dentist and to catch from the field. When getting shod, he can be a bit funny with his back legs, however lets me pick them out, so I'm not sure whether he has had a bad experience with the farrier previously. He can also be a bit nervous to clip around his neck, although is starting to get used to it but on his body he is fine. Stable manners are impeccable. This superb horse will not go to just anyone, homes will be vetted and I will ask for references. He is my pride and joy and I'm completely gutted to be selling him but due to uni/exams these next few years he would be wasted and he's way too good to be a field ornament. This boy has the biggest heart and the kindest horse I have known. I have owned him for nearly 3 yrs and know him inside out, not a bad bone in him.
