Stunning black mare Approx 15.1hh, 4 year old, Irish, mare. Beautiful good looking, fantastic moving sweet mare. Has been backed for 8 weeks and has been the easiest youngster to do, improves every day and does not say no to anything. Work on the lunge is perfect, listens and responds to voice commands quickly. Loves pole work and self corrects to make sure she doesn't touch them. Schooling is green due to age but is improving every day. Learning to accept contact and work in an established and correct outline. Very well balanced for a youngster and again is improving daily. Has jumped in the school and is taking to this perfectly. Also has done lots of ridden pole work and raised poles. Has jumped logs out hacking around the farm. Great to hack out, not fussed by any traffic. Currently on farm so used to large and noisy machinery. Manners to die for in the stable and around the yard, can be led around by anyone, Stood like a rock to be clipped and have mane pulled. Caddie is 15.1hh maybe slightly bigger and still growing 3 rising 4 year old mare. shes very pretty and has 4 white socks. shes been lightly backed and is riding away but has been turned away for winter with just the odd ride here and there. she has walk, trot and canter and is very eager to please for a youngster, she hacks alone and in company and will go first or last. she is good with traffic, good to catch and comes to call. she lives out and is barefoot, she picks up all 4s and is good for the farrier. she loads onto a trailer and stands when asked, she has seen cars, tractors,diggers, push bikes, trailers and is not bothered due to being brought up in a farming area. she has very good ground manners as she has been handled since 4 months old and ties up etc good to groom and tack up. she is not a novice ride due to her age and i can not stress this enough, i have had people messaging to see if she would suit their novice daughter etc, she is a 3 year old that needs bringing into work and the right education, she has so much potential in any sphere and people need to respect that i'm not selling to a novice for the horses sake I have owned Caddie since a foal and this is a very hard decision to make and will break my heart. however owning so many horses and having a full time job isnt doable and i wont be able to give caddie the riding she needs this year so i have come to the decision to sell as its in her best interest some of the picture included are old and as a foal/yearling. she has a green passport and is registered as Llechid aerona du, has derwen and nebo lines. 5* home is a must for Caddie, no dealers or day dreamers. Very sad sale of my 9 year old daughters 6 year old coloured mare. "Gypsy" This horse has masses of potential. She loves being a show off and works beautifully on the bridle. She is hot shod front and back. We have clipped her out numerous times without an ounce of bother. No need for sedation or twitching etc. She is great to hose and bath/plait. Not too fond of mane pulling so I cheat and use a solo comb! Gyp hacks out not a bit if bother and if unsure of anything will just stare at it rather than spinning /napping. She is on a busy working farm/ livery yard and is used to dogs and farm machinery. She has been schooled in the arena in the heaviest of storms and has behaved impeccably. Gyp is good to mount, lead, catch, box and travel. We have had her out regularly in a trailer and she knows once u drop the ramp that she is off for a little trip lol! Gyp is 3/4 trotter cross cob. She has amazing power and incredible trot work. She is still developing balance in her canter work but we have put tons of Lunge work work in to help with this. Gyp is currently ridden in a hanging cheek snaffle. She has jumped courses of 80cm clear and fast! I have to be completely honest and say that i want this little mare someone who will shower her with time and attention. They also need to show her who is boss from time to time. My 5 year old daughter can lead her round the yard no problem and she really loves the fuss! Gyp has been placed or won in every single dressage intro test we have been to. She has had amazing judges comments. She also won her first ever showing class on her first time out. Gyp has regular physio and thermal scans to keep her in good shape. She is also up to date with worming and vaccinations. Gyp is naturally a dominant mare so no novices please as in the right hands this horse really is incredible. We have decided to put our 16hh mare Honey for sale due to her and my daughter not clicking. Honey has a lovely temperament and is easy to do in all ways on the ground, she is handled by a 13 year old who has no problems with her. She can easily jump 90cm at home, and has free lunged up to 1m30cm. My daughter has taken her to some unaffiliated show jumping between 70 and 90cm where she has proven to be bold over bright fillers. She has also done some unaffiliated arena eventing, been taken to cross country and dressage schooled. She is good to hack alone and in company, she is currently being ridden in light work by my teenage daughter and is ridden weekly by a adult rider.
