Traditional Piebald cob Mare 14hh, 7 years old Skye Is fantastic on the ground and is easy to catch (she comes to call), she is good with the farrier and will stand for hours to be groomed. She has lots of feather and a lovely mane coming, she would look stunning in a show ring! She was backed towards the end of last year and turned away, due to my disability she has not done as much as I had hoped this year. My 8 year old niece has ridden her on lead, and I had a professional rider come to ride her for me a couple of months ago, he said she was a plod so would be great for someone who wants to just take things slow and hack out. I feel in the right hands she could go a lot further, she is green and needs a little time spent on her, she is willing but I just can't give her what she needs. This has not been an easy decision for me to make but due to my disability I have to think of my mare and what she should be doing. Sold from the field.

8 yr old cob mare, nature is very sweet,loves a fuss and a groom, for sale only as daughter has lost confidence with her handling as she is quite strong on the ground and bolshy, needs a firmer hand, as my daughter is very slight built, the pony has took advantage of her. had her since may, past-ported. she had an abscess on her left hind from a kick and now has been cleared by the vet and is sound, can get proof on request, vet said she was ready to ride, but my daughter has lost all confidence in her, so she is sitting in field getting fat !! so with a sad heart we have decided she needs a home with a confident handler,when my daughter rode her she was very laid back, not phased in traffic so its the handling thats an issue with my daughter, she is good with me to lead but is on her toes untill she realises i wont be dragged, and walks lovely, good to box, good with farrier. needs her to have a home where she will get worked and enjoy her, feel free to contact me for more information.

15hh piebald cob mare 8yrs old very sweet mare, was previously used as a brood mare was broken to ride this summer. very responsive. is quite sensitive off the leg and to touch but doesnt do anything horrible, she just needs someone to spend time with her to help desensitize her. was bought for my brother who unfortunately finds her too sensitive and i dont have the time to spend with her as i have my own youngster that im bringing on. this mare deserves a very good home as there is not a nasty bone in her ad i suspect that somewhere along the line she has been badly treated. would make a good riding pony or brood mare. i am selling her from the field hence the price.
