14x10 apex garden shed log lap This 14x10 shed is made from 22mm(19mm finish) T&G log lap cladding on all the walls 3x2 frame work(75mm x 50mm) including the roof and floor roofing is 13mm thick and the felt is heavy duty 40kg green mineral felt we don't use any o.s.b or chipboard in any of our shed roofs and floors Flooring we use is also  Tanalised (pressure treated timber) and is 22mm/1" (finished size) thick The whole shed does come pre treated with Tanalith - E even though the shed is fully tanalised we do recommend at least one coat of oil based paint or a varnish of your choice   What i s Tanalith - E (Tanslised/pressure treated) Tanalithe E is enviromentally friendly and has been Proven protection for construction and outdoor timbers. Advanced preservative, based on copper triazole technology Treatment chamber   TANALITH E wood preservative has over 25 years of proven performance around the world protecting wood against insect attack and wood decay in both in and out of ground applications. A unique formulation product based on copper and organic biocides TANALITH E is applied in a controlled, high pressure industrial process and leaves the treated timbers with an initial natural pale green colouration that blends into any outdoor environment. Over time TANALITH E treated timbers slowly weather to a warm honey-brown colour and eventually to a natural silver grey. How the Tanalising process works      Windows & Doors Doors and window positions will come as they are in the photo,as we manufacture all our sheds ourselves  we can move doors and windows anywhere on the shed where is most suitable for you,this will be at No Extra Cost We Can also make the doors higher, lower or even a single door. This building is made from 14mm-19mm cladding with a toughened glass window, and is fully tanalised for 15 years. Tanalising is a guarantee against rot and infestation for 15 years without having to treat it yourself, meaning you have a good looking and usable shed for the next 15 years. We do recommend that you treat the building once for the best possible outcome and just to really seal the building. Installation is £79 Pressure Treated Shiplap T+G Apex Shed Overview Comes in standard sizes: 6x4, 7 x 5, 8 x 6 These sheds come standard with pressure treated timber throughout,  which stops against long term decay and insect attack.Ex16 mm tongue and groove Shiplap used throughout. (comes out at a finished size of roughly 13mm) Superior T&G timber used throughout the building including the walls, roof and floor. (not cheap OSB or Chipboard). Single door with hasp and staple and top and bottom button. 38 x 38mm framing. Option of No Windows or Glazed Windows at no extra cost. Number of Windows varies on sizes (see pictures) Glass is 3mm thick horticultural glass as standard. Buildings are 2.03M high to the Apex and 1.65M high to the eves.Options Installation- We can offer an installation service on this buildings that is £79 got all buildings. It is only available for the sheds and not the shed bases and extends the lead time to 4-6 weeks. Please see our T&Cs below for more info on installation.Extra 5L Treatment-  All our sheds come dip treated in Golden Brown treatment. However, in 1-2 years prior to your purchase we recommend you retreat the building. Therefore we are offering a selection of extra 5L tubs of treatment. Choose from Golden Brown (same colour as the sheds), Cedar and Rosewood. Felt - All our buildings come with standard green mineral felt included within the price. We can also offer at a minimal charge Heavy Duty felt which is of better quality, thicker and therefore a more durable option. For example, our standard felt is 20kg for 10M, this felt is 31.5kg for 10M.Shed Bases These bases are formed using individual recycled plastic squares interlocked to form a suitable level, firm base for garden sheds. They have a 17 tonne point load and can be installed on either grass, gravel or empty areas. Each square is 500mmx500mmx40mm.  They are fast and easy to install and are an attractive, cost effective option compared to slabs or concrete bases. Please see pictures for an example.Other Options  There are some other options we can offer. If you want No windows, please confirm this upon purchase. We can also supply padlocks for £4.99 should you need it and Heavy Duty Roof Shingle tiles for the roof which are an even more attractive and heavy duty option to the heavy duty felt. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the preparation of the base is the responsibility of the customer.The bases must be cleared, level and firm before delivery and the site must be free from overhanging branches and clear of other protrusions and obstructions. (does not apply if delivery only). 2. SHEDS At least 150mm MUST be allowed on each side of the building to allow it to be erected. (Does not apply if delivery only). 3.The customer shall provide safe, clear access to the site & in accordance with our written guidance 4. If these conditions are not met and the supplier is unable to erect the shed at the time of delivery, a re-visit charge will be made. 5.Merit Garden Products Ltd cannot accept liability in any cases where a garden building has been erected without the necessary planning permission or where building regulation rules have not been followed. 6. Dip-treated buildings – This is a single-dipped base treatment& it is recommended that the customer re-treats the building soon after delivery and then periodically to maintain the building in good condition. 7. Pressure- treated buildings- Whilst the pressure treated process wards from long term decay and insect attack we recommended that the customer adds some further treatment to the building in order to keeping looking nice more than anything. Pressure treated timber comes in a green-tinged type of colour and without additional treatment will naturally fade to a grey type of colour.

I have washed It and is in excellent condition. There is just a small tear shown on photo but doesn't affect the rug in anyway and the bottom front buckle could do with bending slightly, but not too much of a problem as it still securley fits.
